What are Pintxos?
Pintxos (or pinchos) are small culinary masterpieces originating from San Sebastián (Basque Country). The name literally means "thorn" or "spike," referring to the skewer that holds the ingredients together on a piece of baguette.
Unlike simple tapas, which are often served on a saucer, pintxos are often more complex in flavor and presentation. Think of combinations with Manchego, Iberico ham, anchovies, grilled peppers, and more. A true flavor explosion in one bite!
